Fine Hungarian dress sword with pattern welded blade and gild brass hilt and scabbard mounts. Wooden scabbard covered with what appears to be sharkskin, grip possibly hard wood or horn. Gilding on cross guard partly worn, on scabbard bottom mount only traces remain. Sword in very good condition. Total length in scabbard 93 cm, blade 77 cm long, 2.7 cm wide at base, cross guard 16 cm wide.
